Real installations are not shown on Google Play. What to do?

The third day of installation is above a hundred, and the indicator "10-50" is still hanging on the Google Play page. Is there any way I can influence this? If not, do you know why? Have you experienced this and should you be worried about it?
Just PS: I just think that the more installations a new application has, the more willingly they will download. I got into the tops, and I would like the indicator for additional installations to be updated as soon as possible.
