Ready-made solutions for working with invalid XML?

I am writing an interaction with the NBKI, invalid XML comes from them quite often.
Asking them to correct their answers is not an option, the office is not of that level.
I talked with a familiar programmer - they wrote their own xml parser for such cases.
But the problem of invalid xml is quite common, there are probably ready-made solutions - does anyone know?
