Reading correspondence on a mail server MS Exchange 2007?

Good evening toasters. There were questions about the confidentiality of Exchange 2007 correspondence. Is there such an opportunity in the mail server to read correspondence between employees of the organization, if you have administrator access to the server? The reason, if there is such an opportunity, is how to prohibit it and how to conduct correspondence between management with coding of personal correspondence. If I am not mistaken in the previous work, some gene. directors corresponded by ciphering the text of the letter. I wanted to introduce such an opportunity between the leaders of the organization. Or tell me alternative ways to protect correspondence from unauthorized access. Those. even from the administrator of the mail. Thanks in advance.

Outlook can encrypt emails using S/MIME, you just need to generate certificates. Only in your situation, this should be done by a person who does not have access to managing Exchange servers, despite the fact that you yourself should not have access to CA :)
