Read The Swift Programming Language (Swift 5.0). Where to go next?

Zero in programming. I mastered (read) the book, ran through the problem books. Where should you move next?
The goal is not to write a game and immediately cut "grandmothers" in the App Store, but to gain knowledge in the language and fill your hand.

Zero in programming.

To item #1, then again to #2, then to #1, and again to 2#, and when item #1 becomes not 0 at all, then it is worth asking this question, but most likely there will be no need for this

And now you will be disappointed, because for iOS development it's nothing :) Start watching/reading materials. One of the best is the Stanford course on iOS development. YouTube and go.
The book is good and you will re-read it more than once, IF you do not practice. Come up with some useful program for yourself and do it. Or try to make an analogue of what is already there. Albeit without any complex data, just UI.

I agree with the speakers, just reading a book is not enough. In programming without practice it is simply impossible. Even if it turns out to write algorithms in swift, then there will be difficulties when switching to application development. I advise you to come up with the simplest application and try to implement it, for example, parse api VK and display images from your account. In process of receipt of difficulties - to google. Gradually, the result will be visible :)
