RDP windows server 2012 r2 not working. Fixed by rebooting the system, how to fix it?

There is a 2012R2 server on Hyper-V for replication and RDP operation. Under circumstances that are unclear to me, the RDP connection stops working on the server, when I try to connect, it says that the timeout has expired. If you try to connect through the admin center to the screen, you can see a blue screen without a window with a login and password, the RAM, by the way, is 100% full at this moment, although no more than 40-50% is occupied during normal operation. The "iron" reboot of the system helps, through the same admin center or on the button. I am attaching the log, but I do not understand what exactly to pay attention to in them. The system was rebooted on 11/07/2021 at 22:18, the inability to connect was already at 21 with something, I can’t say for sure, they didn’t contact me with a problem. This behavior is observed intermittently and without a clear interval, there may not be errors for a month or so, or several times a week. Prior to this, the same server worked without a virtual machine and just on a PC, the same behavior was observed there.System log
