RDP clipboard, attributes of copied data. Where can I see the settings?

The clipboard works crookedly, does not pull up some attributes, but instead pulls up some others.
There is a remote server, on it 1s. After moving to another server, now it's like this:
- When you copy data from 1s (numbers, cells, etc.) and paste them into an Excel spreadsheet on your local computer. The cell formatting is not pulled up, but instead complex numbers like "32,451.00" are inserted into the cell, visible as numbers, but not recognized as numbers by excel itself. If you select a number of cells with similar numbers, he will not be able to say their sum and generally count. It's not a dot or a comma, but rather even a space between large numbers, because the numbers are simpler, like "777" are copied and recognized well.
If the same data is uploaded from 1C via "File-Save as-Excel document" to the local computer. everything is well preserved, the numbers are excellent and considered, they look the same, they are perfectly copied and recognized in other places.
Excel 2016, 1C 8.3.
What to do... Where can I set it up... Who knows?
