Raw view on github, ??

I uploaded a file to git, but when I open it, it does not appear as usual lines of code. and the inscription View Raw.
This is the first time I've encountered something like this, because before everything was ok.
Who knows why so? how to fix it please tell me.

If this is not a text file, but a picture or excel, then it will not be displayed, github cannot parse, something other than plain text, respectively. there will be just a view raw button
