Rating ranking?

Data: a list of real estate objects by it search in Elasticsearch
A user has from 1 to 1000 objects in search.
What to do with frequent rating changes?
1) update each object in the search with a delay (30 minutes for example).
2) or is it possible to store the rating separately in the cache and mix it when ranking search results
3) update each object when the rating threshold changes (for example, when the rating changes by 10% from the indexed one)
