Designed my first responsive website. I would very much like an assessment of layout designers experienced in this topic (I know that when adapting to mobile phones, everything strives for minimalism in design, while all sorts of heavy things (like scripts) are either deleted or replaced with smaller ones - I would like to know more about all these subtleties In layout, I have not yet been able to manipulate files so finely (for example, I would like to remove the wow plugin for small extensions, etc.))

Minor questions:
-What happens to fonts in Safari?
-In IE9, 10 footer shape is crooked, haven't found a reason for this yet.

Lately I've been optimizing only for Chrome. In other browsers it is very good, only if the client asks for optimization for IE - then I do it. I looked at the site, everything works nicely in all viewports.
