Rasspberry PI performance for a website?

Will RPI 3 be suitable for distributing images, ccs, fonts and so on using nginx at speeds up to 100Mbps? I did not find any suitable tests on the net.

do you think rpi with microsd is able to provide parallel reading of files at a speed of 100Mbps?

RPI gives an order of magnitude less performance than the intel celeron j1800, which is integrated into mitx and not only boards, based on them you can assemble a machine of the order of 6-8t.r. (the board in an ATX case looks funny), i.e. price of the same order.
Moreover, you can connect a storage device to the RPI only via USB2 (the card reader also hangs on USB there) with all the ensuing restrictions of 30 MB / s in total per r / w. Small and non-expandable RAM is the final nail in the coffin of using RPI as a web server.
RPI is not the right tool for you, it suits where you need miniature size, low power consumption, buildin I/O ports for connecting DYI peripherals, etc. in general, a paradise for homemade.

I'm using RPi as a webserver, but 100 megabits... I have a class 10 SanDisk card, it itself has a lower speed, and as far as I know, this is the limit for RPi. But in any case, for work projects, I would not use the RPi, not that performance. It is suitable for local testing and synchronization of a web server with a working PC, in order to provide independent and permanent access to it from the outside. And so RPi will be much inferior in performance to normal servers.
If you can get it at half price, take it of course. In extreme cases, you don’t like it - give it to someone, the thing itself is interesting in quality to play with it. If you can spread this opportunity, I would use it))

Your option is ODROID-C2 with eMMC module.
