Raspberry not connecting to wifi after disconnect?

I am short. There is Raspberry, which is used to control the working hours of the company's employees. Connection via wifi. For some time now began to fall out of the network. At first I thought that something was hanging and just overloading it, I was too lazy to watch. And today I decided to figure it out all the same and it turned out that he was cut off from the wifi network for some reason and no longer connected, although the network was available and everything was ok. Other devices are online and everything works.
What could it be? And most importantly, how to fix it?

I didn’t boot at all on a Chinese flash drive after the network went down. Maybe here the flash drive is dying and cannot read the config from it.
