Ranking formula for 3 types of reviews?

There are 3 types of feedback: positive, neutral and negative. I ask you to suggest the formula by which the user's rating will be formed based on 3 types of reviews. I didn’t come across such an experience, at first there were only positive and negative reviews, it was easier, but when a neutral one appeared, there were hitches in the formula - I don’t understand.
Positive feedback - +1 rating point
Neutral - +0 rating points
Negative - -1 rating points
But according to such a system, neutral reviews do not play any role in fact, but should.
