Randomly disabling VSCode plugins?

Recently, a problem began to appear in VSCode - you sit in VSCode and after a while plugins are disabled for no reason, restarting the program helps, but this is not the case.
Maybe someone faced similar?

Probably the so-called Extension Host (or something like that it is called) falls. One of the reasons why I left VSCode. It is boring without plugins, and one of the most useful plugins for vim-mode periodically led to such a problem, in difficult moments (a lot of code, complex operations).
Try clearing the cache, disabling the least needed plugins.
