RAM is not displayed correctly?

In the process task manager, well, a maximum of 4GB, although it costs 8GB. Is the task manager stuck or is it a hardware problem?61ea603ec915a596629001.jpeg

The working set is shown here. You need to look at the allocated memory. Open "Details" and add the "Allocated Memory" column.
Tupit your computer illiteracy, unfortunately.
RAM and its allocation to a process is a tricky thing. Memory may be allocated, may be cached, may be "leaked"
