Rails in production view change on the fly?

Hello. Rails 5.1, using the Slim templating engine. Do not tell me if there is a possibility that it would be possible to make changes to the view without restarting the server? The controller and migrations grab everything on the fly from the view, something does not work.

Everything should work without restarting the server in development.
Slim, it seems to me, nothing to do with it. Or are there no such problems with erb?
What system, how do you launch, since rails 5.1, then puma?
