rails. H12 - Request timeout when uploading large files. How to decide?

Hello railroaders. Help solve the issue. The project hangs on heroku. When uploading a large number of photos, there is a problem with the outcome of the request timeout. In the H12 logs -- Request timeout. Photos are uploaded to S3. I will be grateful.

Try passenger instead of unicorn - it's more suitable for slow clients and long downloads.
Or upload photos directly to S3, bypassing uploading to Heroku..
