Rails Capistrano MacOS. What is the problem with deploy?

Before that I used Ubuntu, deploy worked fine, recently switched to Mac and now cap production deploy issues:
Text will be echoed in the clear. Please install the HighLine or Termios libraries to suppress echoed text.
Installed gem highline. There was an error about installing the termios gem. Couldn't beat her right off the bat.
The question itself, if I put the termios gem, will deploy work? Or is the problem something else?

I installed highline and everything was fine.
sudo gem install highline
