Rabbitvcs and Cyrillic file/folder names. Has anyone mastered it?

Hello!
Installed the latest version of Rabbitvcs on Ubuntu 12.04. Problem: if I check out a folder that contains file names in Cyrillic, then I can’t commit them later - the program does not see them.
Has anyone managed to overcome it?

rabbitvcs is kind of a pure frontend for svn/git. Perhaps they are the problem?
