Rabbitmq problem with resending expired messages. what's wrong?

I created excahnge WORKER.EXCHANGE and RETRY.EXCHANGE. And set DLX and TTL to resubmit expired messages to the original queue, but my messages disappear in the RETRY.QUEUE queue. Can you give me some explanation and solution.

1. exchange != queue, do you have both, or just queues?
2. To evaluate something, you need the parameters of the queues themselves and their values, otherwise only a finger in the sky.
