I'm making an online store and I can't decide. What is the best menu for an online store?
1) make a horizontal or vertical menu

Example of horizontal:
Lamoda

Hello vertical:
Ozon

2) Do you think it's normal when the basket is tied to the bottom of the site and moves with scrolling like on Lamoda ?

3) Is there a menu source like on Lamoda ?
I like their menu very much

4) Perhaps you know some foreign sites with different sources of javascrapt, css, html. jquery and share them? I only know htmldrive.net
