The framework itself is lithify.me/
I choose a framework for writing one small (relatively) application.
I rush between Yii and Lithium. I really want to try the second one, but for me it is a dark forest.
Who can say anything about him? Pros/cons?

If it's not a secret, why didn't yii suit you? Why choose.
