Question of rights and Google Code?

I can't figure out the problem myself.
There is a presentation that uses sources from the Google Guice project wiki . Colleagues say that using these materials, I violate the rights of Google.
I studied code.google.com/intl/ru-RU/projecthosting/terms.html and did not find confirmation of the words of my colleagues.
Tell me who is right.
Thank you!

Reading about Apache License :
The only condition imposed by the Apache license is to inform the recipient of the fact that you are using source code licensed under the Apache license.
