I'm making a discord bot that would print text on an image. Everything would be fine, but if the text of the seal is written in Cyrillic, it is replaced by question marks. What to do?

Who had the same problem. Then download any font with Cyrillic and on this site convert it to .fnt kvazars.com/littera then upload it!
