Question about the new VS 2015?

Hello. Today there was a broadcast from MS, which talked about the new VS 2015.
In general, I liked the speakers with their topics (except for one ). If you watched it too, I'm happy for you.
The crux of the matter is this:
1 - It's all about the free VS 2015 all the time . What is meant? Do they mean Community Edition? Or maybe Express (but then why announce it if everyone knows that it already exists)? Or maybe only one version (Ultimate) will be released and it will be free?
2 - All the same, my desire to try the new features of VS 2015 has taken its toll and now I'm going to install. If you think about it, they make updates fairly quickly. In myless than 6 months have passed since the first Preview version of VS 2015 was released. And now we can safely download the 6th release. So not far off and 7! How are you doing with updates? Demolish everything and install a new, fresh ISO or update using VS? PS : I just had a bad experience when I updated VS 2012 to 4 update. So I started getting errors. Then I tried to demolish everything and reinstall it (update < 4 from the existing ISO). But it got to the point where I had to reinstall Windows.
