Question about syncdb?

Please forgive me for stupid questions. BUT new to django.
I have several models, each model has a db_table , which is so convenient for me.
Now I want to install the sorl.thumbnail component , the manual says that it is necessary to execute the python manage.py syncdb command I just created some tables manually, through phpPgAdmin Thank you! Django 1.8
