Question about stunnel and FIPS library

Stunnel

After compilation, stunnel gives an error: Interestingly, this error occurs on SoftLayer iron servers and in local VMWare. Amazon does not repeat the error. The OS used is CentOS 5.5, 32 and 64 bit. I assume that the problem is in the libraries that are installed by default. Tell me who faced such a problem. Thanks
