Question about setting up free Github hosting?

a few questions about creating a free hosting, or rather uploading a site to it:
1) Initially, in our Readme file it says "bla-bla.github.io" and when you click on the link, this inscription is displayed. When we upload html files and others to the repository, they start to lie on the repository next to the readmr file, but the interface of the flooded site (index.html) will be shown automatically when clicking on the link. and not the inscription "blah blah.github.io" from the readme file?
2) If you do not initially create a readme file (do not check the box next to "initialize..." , then what will happen? Can we upload our site to hosting in the same way?
3) Is only one hosting possible for one account? to make several, you need to create several different github accounts?

You can create organizations instead of a separate account with domains like<orgname>.github.io
