Question about setting up builds in TFS 2010

Help a newbie.

There is a solution that contains a web project, a project with logic, and a database project. And there are three questions about setting up builds.

1) How to make it so that when building on a test server, the ConnectionString in web.config would be replaced from the local developer base to the test one?
2) How to deploy the database project with each build?
3) Where can I read about all this in detail? Preferably in Russian.

I know how to do all this easily in VS 2010. Do you need it?
