And since I dealt with telephony only within the framework of a cell phone, I can’t immediately understand on what basis to determine which number the call was received.

Now, within the framework of the WS API, there is no necessary parameter in the "channel_create" event, they have been forgotten about.
We will add two parameters soon: caller_id_name (caller's name) and trunk (trunk number), trunks can be determined from them.
