Question about Nginx + PHP-FPM and need an Apache module?
Hello everyone, a question from a lamer, for a quick understanding.
The bottom line is this: there is an engine, it requires setting up an Nginx + PHP-FPM server, this is almost understandable, I can put the benefit of Google and Yandex.
But the question is this: my VPS on CentOS has an ispmgr panel, in which, when adding a domain, there is a php setting
1) as an apache module
2) as a CGI
So, if I install PHP-FPM, I understand that this is an improved php work model as CGI, please understand if I'm wrong, but I realized that this is one series of extensions.
Which makes me understand, when adding a domain, I must set the php setting as option number 2.
Help me with a kind word, am I thinking correctly or is it still "Dubina" :) ???
Thanks everyone for the help.
