Question about launching applications from Delphi?

Hello everyone, such a question, I'm writing a PC application purposefully using MultiDevice Application - for many reasons, I can't use VCl. So I met with the problem of launching an external application, Winexec and ShellExecute are easily used in vcl. How to run applications from under MultiDevice Application? there are no answers on the net for an old question
