But when I go to some site, for example, an online store with delivery, Vladivostok or, less often, Khabarovsk is automatically selected by my IP. Also, the 2ip site locates my location as Vladivostok. What kind of nonsense? Why is that?
Provider - MTS. Maybe because the main office is in Vladivostok?
