Quasar(cordova) uploading files to ios via input type file crashes on ipad?

Good day, there is a project on quasar (corvoda) everything seems to be fine, but the appstore moderation threw off the "bug" rejecting the next update, that when you click on to download the file, I chose "take a photo", the application crashed.

Your app crashed on iPad running iOS 13.1.2 on WiFi when we attempted to take a picture.
We have detailed attached crash logs to help troubleshoot this issue.

They provided crushlog, but how to read it?
It works fine on Android and iPhones, but how can it only happen on their ipad? On the ipad emulator, everything is ok.
How can you debug moments like this if it's not even a native app?
