From Monday, Moscow companies must submit information about who is remote and who is not. To support business and facilitate business, this cannot be done just like that, it must be done through mos.ru using a qualified electronic signature. The instructions from mos.ru do not provide a clear understanding of where and how to get this qualified signature quickly and without problems in order to have time to do everything on Monday, October 12, 2020

According to the instructions, if I understand it correctly, any person can register a legal entity account on mos.ru .

Hello! It is not necessary to sign in Moscow. I know that in IzhTender ( https://izhtender.ru/ ) they make a signature without visiting the CA in 1 day. They will simply ask you to send them a video and photo confirmation that you are you. All documents are also transferred online and the signature itself too.
