QT5 how to deactivate a network card in Windows?

Hello!
I have a laptop and its wifi card does not always work after turning it on, you can then deactivate it and activate it again through the device manager, then everything works again.
I used to do it through devcon, but I've been studying qt5 lately and wanted to do it in it, but it's not clear where to dig at all.
Can anyone suggest?

Qt can't do that. You will have to use the system API, or third-party programs or libraries.
