Qt Linux

Where is the best place to download and what? You can download from the Ubuntu repository, from the official site or third-party builds. What's better? I just put Ubuntu on a new computer, now I need to install Qt too. And not sure about the license - which one to choose - GPL v3, LGPL v2 or commercial?

I do not know where is better? Give a link or advice, please. Just don’t downvote, I don’t need a little karma, but the right answer. :)

Of course, from the repositories.
The license - LGPL, will allow you to cut something under Qt without opening the source.
