QT Creator How to transfer Build Kits settings to another computer?

Now I'm transferring the development environment to another system, and I had the settings for building the project conveniently configured. I don't want to do everything manually. Is there a simple way to transfer a file or export a project config?

In questions and answers on QtCreator there is a list of files in which it stores settings. I suggest experimenting with moving them to a new location.
