Qt creator and msvc?

Good evening everyone!
I downloaded the qt studio online installer, during installation I chose a bunch of compilers (including msvc).

However, only mingw was defined in the profiles. msvc is not defined, although it is downloaded and lies in the qt directory.

I can't delete profiles, when manually adding a profile with the msvc directory specified, the error is "a profile with this path has already been created." The paths to the compilers on the second screen are correct.
Tell me how to set up the msvc compiler in qt?

Your studio is installed without C++ components, why do you need sets for two studios and WinRT?
