Qooxdoo: build and run source version under denver?

What is the correct way to create an application framework on Qooxdoo so that the source version of the application can be launched through _ localhost/app and not _Z:\home\localhost\www\app\index.html?
The compiled Build version runs fine from the webserver (denwer). But you need to run exactly the Source-version. Not only do you need to debug the application, but you still can’t work out ajax in production mode, you have to do it through jsonp (to work with cross-domain requests). The same with the flash plotter: it only wants hits from the domain. Well and so, on trifles.
