Qiwi Api returns 503, it worked until today, who faced it?

I get a list of bills via a GET request to https://edge.qiwi.com/checkout/api/bill/search?sta... and pass it in the Accept and Authorization headers, until today everything worked, I didn’t change anything. Now it returns with an error 503 and does not go out to check bills and pay them. An update was released today for transfers by nickname and a check for wallet limits, but it does not apply to my situation. Who faced?
