, but then the fun begins
on the qiwi website that for replenishing the wallet for amounts more than 500 rubles, the commission is 0%

only questions by phone and email to Qiwi “support” for some reason remained unanswered , there
were only some left excuses about
1) a 3% commission for amounts less than 500 rubles (that 2000 rubles is clearly more than 500 rubles they were clearly not told at school)
2) that the agents themselves set the commission (they also did not want to admit that in this case they brazenly lie on the site about the 0% commission)
moreover, these two “answers” ​​were repeated regardless of what exactly I wrote / asked.

I’m not talking about the fact that the
TIN agent’s phone number indicated there was not indicated on the check a year ago for a completely different “individual entrepreneur”,

and the terminal itself has changed “owners” many times over the course of > 5 years (including NST-Bank Orenburgskaya an area that also chemized with the replenishment of the wallet, including crediting money to the account for up to 1 week)

conclusion: qiwi does not check and does not control its agents. and even more so is not responsible for their actions, even if they contradict the “policy” of the kiwi itself.

1) Qiwi is lying on the site about 0%?
2) is the agent a scammer?
3) is there a chance to return the "stolen" money?
4) how different from zero is the chance that this will not happen again (especially with the same terminal) ?! given the complete unwillingness of the QIWI to solve the problem.


ps in our village there are not so many terminals, but we have to replenish often and in large quantities (paying bills for TV / Internet / apartment / electricity, etc. through Sberbank is still a pleasure)
