Python udp - server that listens to everything?

There is a task to make a daemon server that will listen to udp on ODA. port, and there is a device that can forcefully send events to ip:port.

There is a python server and a client, the client sends a message, and the server receives it and outputs it to the standard stream. But the device about which I wrote above, when sending data, is not seen by my server for some reason. Though on tcpdump'u bytes go.

CHADNT?

If details or listings are needed, I will add them.
