Python telebot API?

I’m writing a tg bot in Python through telebot lib, and now, I don’t know how to add a new api, I have a link to the API where there is the data for the product itself (conclusion (Recommended), valuable array)
How to add it to my code so that it looks something like this like this:
By type, the user sends a link to the product: https://www.amazon.com/Natural-Formula-Keratin-Int...
And the bot responds with the name of the product, etc. (see screenshot for more details..):
