Python: selenium. Search for an element, does not find what to do?

The essence of the problem. There is a Chrome webdriver, there is an element on the site:

<span class="menu__text-inner">Линия</span>

Its graphical part.



The problem is the following. I tried to find it through xpath, through text, through classes. Not looking for any. All timeouts are met. I need to find it and tap on it. Visually it looks and works like a button, but the code is far from being a button))
Any ideas?
