python library to work with 3d?

There are coordinates of a point in space (i.e. along the X, Y, Z axes), a python library is needed that can handle such a simple task as setting a point at given coordinates with a certain color (preferably), but without extra crutches.

"library", "free", "without extra crutches". Somehow it does not fit - then write your own.
