windows 7. I downloaded that version for Windows 7 at startup, it appears in the task manager but does not open. I checked the registry and tried everything on the Internet

If pure Python is not critical for you, install the Anaconda distribution . It will install Python and other beginner-friendly programs for you.
Just note that you need to take the distribution that matches your OS - 32-bit or 64-bit.
