Python, how to create a package for Linux?

Hello, can you please tell me if there is a way to compile a Python program so that the output is either a snap or flatpack installation package, which has its own launch shortcut?

Are there any simple examples like hello world in any of these formats with a label and installability?

I am not interested in source code encryption, the main thing is that it is convenient for ordinary users, adults.
