Python: can't open file 'manage.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory?

When I run manage.py, I get this error. I can't understand why. The file is there, I checked, but python does not see this file.

Of course, 2 years ago, but the problem can be solved very simply! Rename the file! Or delete copies. (or source!) Explain how?

I am, of course, more than 2 years later, but I managed to solve the problem by running the IDE in admin mode))

You need to drag the manage.py file drag and drop into the terminal and that's it.
