Python 3 syntax summary?

There are great books that you can use to learn Python - Learn Python Lutz, Python 3 Programming Summerfield, etc., but the volume of these works suggests that there is a lot of unnecessary stuff at the initial stage.
I'm sure most of you have short notes on Python 3 syntax, perhaps lectures, spreadsheets, etc., can you share?
