PyInstaller won't open, can anyone help?

In general, I'm trying to compile the program through PyInstaller, the program is based on the PyQt5 and Yagmail library (similar to smtplib), the compilation is the most common, just a collection of files, but when I try to open the .exe file, nothing happens, absolutely, that is, even the process in the manager does not appear. I open through the dist folder, if that. What could be the problem?
